After a successful career behind the desk I wanted to work closer to home and be nearer to my children.
I went to work for a high quality firm in a conservation area on Dartmoor, building beautiful extensions, bathrooms and kitchens. Here I gained the skills and knowledge I needed to take that level of workmanship and build a reputation of my own.
As demand for larger projects emerged, my customers soon had me fitting bathrooms and building beautiful gardens.
We started small, and we still do the small stuff, from hanging pictures and artwork to adjusting a sticking door. These small jobs are where I started and I will always continue to provide them as a service.
Teign Handyman is part of a larger network of skilled tradesmen which we bring on board for larger projects. Whether we need electricians, plasterers, gas-safe engineers or carpet fitters (the list goes on), they are available. This means Teign Handyman can accommodate your needs whatever the job may be.
We use local companies and source materials from sustainable origins. After recently celebrating 3 years of trading, we are very proud of the work we have completed. We created this website to showcase ongoing works and some of our completed projects.
You can see some of our work in the Portfolio gallery and there is a contact page (here) if you need a quote or would like to get in touch. I hope you enjoy looking through the site and look forward to hearing from you.
